To help us serve you properly and protect your wishes, everyone should begin by completing the Beneficiary & Transfer Form so we have on file who your vacation package should be transferred to if you choose to gift it, or who it should go to in the event something happens to you. Once that is completed, simply choose your path: either move forward with planning your extraordinary vacation and complete the Reservation Request Form, or request a refund by completing the Refund Request Form. Finally, we encourage you to schedule a brief consultation with our Vice President of Client Relations, Joan Schwartz, so we can personally review your request with you and answer any questions you may have.
